The Trent Centre for Gender & Social Justice is a community organization and Trent University Levy Group dedicated to creating community, resources and advocating for people affected by gender-based marginalization in Nogojiwanong-Peterborough.

 

Established first in 1986 as the Trent Women’s Centre, we have been a part of this community for almost forty years.

The Centre has already commissioned two studies of the needs of marginalized groups in Nogojiwanong-Peterborough and we continue to ask our community for their ideas and feedback. We want our programming and resources to reflect the actual needs and desires of our communities, not just buzzwords.
