Join the Board
About the Board
As a small organization, our board of directors often plays an active role in the organization. This can mean fundraising, hiring and firing, policy and grant writing, representing The Centre in the community and playing an active role in the planning of the organization’s future. Our board functions as a collective and requires an 80/20 majority to pass a motion.
All board members are required to commit to attending one meeting per month with additional responsibilities as necessary. Each board position has a one year term with the opportunity for renewal.
